We had the good fortune of connecting with Michael Leonard and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Michael, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind our business was to bring something unique and inclusive for all ages to bond over. Most of the times there’s a split age difference at parties/events but through my games I hope that all generations can connect together.

What should our readers know about your business?
What I am most excited about my business is to see my soon to be born son grow along with it and hopefully continue the legacy that I started. Getting to where I am today business-wise was not easy at all. I came to this country at an early age and I had to figure things on my own. It took me long hours and lots of sweat to get to where I am today. I’ve learned lots of lessons along the way and dealing with “rocks on the way” or challenges has been an experience. To overcome my challenges I always like to create different plans in case one fails I have a backup and also it let’s me see what I can execute better. I want the world to know that no matter where life takes you always make the best out of it and get LyT.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Honestly anywhere you go in Houston, there is always something great to do. Houston is so diverse in culture and cuisines that the world may feel like its at your finger tips. For me a great itnerary would be waking up early catching a bite at a local mom and pops shop then walking around to check out the wonderful murals around town then maybe catch a sport’s game either Dynamo, Astros, Rockets or Texans. At night go to different bars/clubs in the area. Depending on the season maybe taking a trip outside town. Do a little camping or fishing, sightseeing and let’s not forget about NASA. Is a most!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The person I who deserves credit and recognition in my story is my wife Alejandra. Without her encouragement, motivation, support and last but not least her love i would’ve not be able to start my own business. She has been by my side throughout this whole journey.
