Hi Mike, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk taking is something I have never had an issue with. My thought process has always been we are in the United States of America. The only place in the world where failure is an option and you can rebound from with the correct mindset. Honestly if it doesn’t work out as planned you always have other options . I have always believed that hard work perseveres so as long as you put in all you got the risk is in your own hands. With this mindset I have personally completed two military boot camps and served the country for a good portion of my work life . I have always excelled in all positions I have worked at and most importantly taken care of my family

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We are a locally owned and operated portable toilet company. What sets us apart is the passion we have to make our customers happy. The end goal is to increase the bottom line but not run the company based on it. If we ever make a mistake which nobody is perfect we are not afraid to rectify with whatever it takes

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would eat at Perry’s and the corkscrew in old spring and then take them on a tour of the city including NASA and possibly the aquarium. Probably take a quick stop to the American Combat Can yard only with the strategy to hit some very close local taco trucks.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The US Military laid the ground work to becoming a manager partner of a rapidly growing local portable toilet supplier. The skill sets they taught us in the Military easily rollover to civilian management with a solid structured foundation in leadership and customer service. We have one goal and that is to offer the best customer service . We feel that if we achieve that one goal everything else will follow inline
