Hi Priscilla & Jessica, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Titan Comfort Solutions is built from two families that share the same views and ethics. As a family operated business we value honesty and integrity. We wanted to form a business that values employees and customers as our own family. We offer our customers solutions that best fit what they need, and only suggest products or services we would use in our own home. Our business was started by our passion for service and helping families be comfortable in their own home.

What should our readers know about your business?
Our business involves Air Conditioning and Heating repairs, maintenance, and installation. Our Technicians are also Indoor Air Quality Experts. What sets us apart from others is that our experienced Licenced Technicians have truly seen it all and can in most cases repair and fix the issue instead of a system replacement. We take pride in our work, and our Technicians can take on any challenge when it comes to HVAC repairs. We understand finances can be tight for families and if we can help them by finding the best affordable solution for them then we will make that happen.
Most of our business is generated by word-of-mouth referrals. 2020 was challenging for alot of businesses, we wouldn’t be where we are today without the support and loyalty from our customers. We understand that there are many HVAC companies in the Houston area and we are truly grateful to everyone who has chosen Titan Comfort Solutions.
We want everyone to know although we are a small local business, we pack a punch when it comes to knowledge and integrity, you will always be in our best interest because we consider you family.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If our friends were visiting, we would take them to do the Houston Bike Bar tour, we have done that with friends and it was so much fun! For lunch we would visit a variety of food trucks, 403Eats Food Truck Park and Deacon Baldy’s Bar & Food Trucks are great options. As far as night life, dancing is always fun! We could fit country and salsa dancing in a weekend, our husbands are ready with their boots and hats!
We would also go to a concert at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and enjoy the outdoors.
Lastly, we could not forget to eat some good ole BBQ from Killen’s.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost, this business would not be possible without our husbands! Isaias Reyes & Justin Brooks both have over 20 years of experience in this business. We could not be prouder of them for all their hard work and dedication to our customers and our family. There have been so many supporting individuals that have contributed to our success. We have had the best neighbors that are pretty much our family, who have showed so much support since the very beginning.
On our journey in getting our business out there we had the pleasure of meeting some amazing women business owners. We would like to thank Women Wine and Wellness- The Woodlands Chapter and WGNO Sorority for the overpouring support and encouragement.
