Meet Rachael Stewart | Brow Technician

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachael Stewart and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rachael, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting my business was to pursue a talent that I kept from everyone that could benefit other ladies in feeling beautiful. A lot of women suffer with hair loss of the eyebrows. So, being able to create them and make them feel whole again was key. Wake up made up is what we all go for. I have an undeniable craft and I plan to pursue it even further with other techniques.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a child of God. I’m unique. My ability to work in my sleep and succeed sets me apart from others. I’m excited about what the future has for me. It’s BIG!! Wait and see. I currently work in Accounting. And how I got in Accounting with a Criminal Justice degree, I don’t know. Lol. It pays the bills and it helps me get further with my business. I got to where I am today by believing in God and following his lead. I practiced and rehearsed to be a someone, whether it was in Accounting or as a business owner. It has not been an easy journey and it’s still hard. But, the God I serve won’t let me stop grinding. I have three beautiful children that I go over and beyond for. They need this just like I need this. One of the challenges I face with my business now is keeping up with the economy. I’m working on a plan to help my business grow and get business while still being affordable to secure appointments. I want the world to know that I’m here to stay and everything is always BIG with BrowsbyRach.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Yassssss, I love a good ole best friend weekend in the city of Houston. Friday we would do girls night where we cook and drink at home. On a good ole Saturday I am a mother by day. Pampering with my daughter and a little shopping here and there. And by night I’m Ready to hit the town with my bestie. We would go to eat at Taste bar, have a few drinks and enjoy the music. Did I mention they have one of the best bartenders there, go say hey to Kirk. Lol. Afterwards, it’s only right that we hit the 3rd ward of Houston, Tx. The spot to be exact. On a Sunday we do it the fun way. Bar 5015, The Address, Locker Room. It’s a bar hoping day before night fall. Mother/ Work duties in the morning.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Hands down I have to dedicate my shoutout to my boyfriend. He encouraged me and still does til this day. He waited on me to be ready, in which I moved off gods timing. He supports me in every way possible. He didn’t pressure me and stayed patient with me. I love him for it. He has my heart and best interest.
