Hi RANDOL, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
My name is Randol M, and I was born in Mexico Monterrrey N.L. Currently a DACA recipient.

my background impacted me in a lot of ways, from finding jobs at an early age where they won’t require socials, To wanting to have everything I didn’t have as a kid. Been a Mexican from having nothing. and having to sleep on the floor and living in shelters from location to location, to having to move schools after school, because my mom didn’t have a secure place to keep all my brothers and I. That made me realize that I didn’t want to live like that forever. It motivated me to want more out of life, there is so much out there in this world that a lot don’t know about. This is why I’m always trying to reach new goals in my life. I started investing in REAL ESTATE right where I grew up in Pasadena Tx. I want to show others even when you don’t have papers or have all the privileges as others you can still make something of life even when you come from nothing.

NOTHING WAS HANDED BUT IT WAS DAMN EARNED! it was not easy or nor it keep getting easy every day there is new challenges, there is so much more to my story that a lot of people do not know

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m a car sales associate in the Houston area, and also a real estate investor. I was also a salesman of the year for 2020 for HYUNDAI.
I have bought and flipped 4 properties in the city of Pasadena tx and currently becoming a landlord.
creating a way to create more passive income to eventually retire and have more time with my family

I got to where I am today, by working and always trying to achieve new goals. I always new I didn’t want to live the normal life style i always wanted more out of life. Nothing will be handed to you, you have to go get it and put in those extra hours.

took me a lot of savings and being smart with my money to be able to invest in single-family homes as well

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
monday – get them comfortable get well-rested as arriving from the destination with good home dinner tuesday – have a goodmorning brunch at cucharas, and explore the downtown views day time
wednesday – go out to eat at a bowling alley and have drinks in Houston downtown
thursday – take them out to Galveston to enjoy some beach views and environment
friday – 77 degress enjoy a night everyone is out, show them how houston gets friday nights
saturday – pulga in the morning show them around the mexican pulga in houston have a bomb mexican plate of food, late at night hang out at casa blanca and dance mexican music reggeton
sunday – sunday funday starting with brunch, mimosas to get the day started, ride bikes around during the day.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Actually YES!, one of my main motivators in the real world is GARY VEE. I might not see him or speak with him on a daily basis, but if you just listen to his content you can tell he is 100% REAL.
