Hi Rocio, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor to my success is FAITH. As individuals we consist of four parts : mental ~ emotional ~ physical & Spiritual. People always tend to work & focus on what is tangible because results can easily be seen. However, Faith, the unseeable, is what moves mountains in every area of our lives. Therefore, Faith Therapy is centered on strengthening Faith so that growth continues in every area of lives with every season that comes.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Faith Therapy wasn’t created with the intend to encourage & equip other women. It was created from deep personal experience of getting through seasons of emotional & mental distress through identifying & processing in a biblical perspective. Faith Therapy Sessions are a way of paying it forward for other Women to be equipped & encouraged in their darkest seasons.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m a Foodie at heart so definitely eating out & grabbing some coffee. Some of my favorite places in Houston are:

Starbucks
