Hi Ronnita, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
Being a Wife, mom and business owner i had to create a great work life balance. After the pandemic l decided to focus more on my digital hair care plan which allows me to work part time in the salon and have more time freedom.
Working smarter is the best feeling. I have a ebook on how l did it. The 2 day work week.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I change hair lives. I use to be the trendy hair stylist l loved doing all the latest styles, cuts and extensions.

Fast forward One day god told me he wanted me to change hair lives and for a while l didn’t understand but when l got it l knew what he wanted from me.
He wanted me to change hair Live around the world beyond the chair.

1 year ago i open Studio lux salon suites to help other hair stylist build their brand.

4 years ago l created digital hair care plans for members to become educated on their hair,, follow the hair care plan,we have built in diary’s so that you can express your feelings amongst other members, we have meeting every 45 days and so much more.

2 years ago l created Hhs hair food growth oil to help with their hair journey and the results are amazing.

We have 1,000 plus members and has changed so many hair lives across the world. Our goal is to keep growing and offering all the support that is needed to help our members. We have so much planned for this up coming summer.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
First stop my house for a good old cook out because l love home gatherings and l love cooking. Next a bar and grill that has great drinks and crawfish.

We will have to find a great steak house so we can dress up and create content while dinning.

And before she leave we will have cocktails by my pool with girl talk.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My group of supporters includes my Husband, my kids, my marketing team AMM BRAND and my group of friends that motivate inspire and push me out my comfort zone and my salon team.
