Hi Ruby & Kayla, why did you pursue a creative career?

Growing up, We have always been drawn to the way people celebrate others. Whether it would be from a simple cake to a full-blown celebration, there was something about seeing people be seen and known that made me want to be part of that moment.

Last year when the pandemic hit, we soon realized that we had an opportunity to bring people joy and tap into my creative side, a side that was only reserved for my family. This combination made us step out of our comfort zone and bring people both joy and creativity.

We are appreciative that we have family members who encouraged us to pursue this path. Their constant reminder and showing of pictures online gave us the courage to start this path—a path where we can turn a simple balloon into a river of happy tears.

What sets our business apart from others is that we have the opportunity to turn a simple balloon into a river of happy tears. We have always been drawn to the way people celebrate others. There was something about seeing people be seen and known that made me want to be part of that moment.

Our business combines balloons and creativity and uses this collaboration to bring people joy to their lives. These collaborations consist of celebrating new seasons, welcoming new friendships, and creating a welcoming environment for a room full of strangers.

Recently, we were able to partake in surprising a new bride when her family threw her a surprise bridal shower. We used our creative skills, friendly customer services, and organizational skills to surprise the bride-to-be.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?

From day one, our family has been our number one cheerleader. They helped us kick start this new journey with long nights, their pinky’s, and their excellent work ethic. They have encouraged us to pursue this creative journey and have never allowed me to settle for anything below excellent.

My family gave us the courage to start this path—a path where we can turn a simple balloon into a river of happy tears.
