Hi Savvy, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
Always get up more times than you fall. This quote is important to me because it reminds me in order to succeed I have to keep going!

What should our readers know about your business?
Savvy B is a fitness brand that understands that losing weight is much easier said than done. We’ve taken out the guess work in getting you from flab to fit on your terms. Life comes at you fast, so we’re to keep you on track and healthy!

Our handmade proprietary 13 essential oil blend Sweat Intensifier Cream, Extreme Melt™, sets us apart from anyone else in the industry. We’re most proud of this product as it has helped over 2000 people!

Operating a business is definitely not easy, but it is worth it. The main challenges are time management and keeping up with the supply to the demand. We are a one woman operation, for now! To combat these challenges, I plan out everything down to hour for time management and I perform inventory checks weekly.

The world should know that I am coming to sit at the table! I want every little brown girl to know that the dream in her heart is just one executed plan away! Dream big and do the work!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am such an introvert but I have a few favorite places! I love Eddie V’s for their lemon drop martini’s and crab fried rice! Next up, is the Museum of natural science, I am a nerd at core! Gotta grab some Chick-Fil-A after our workout at 24hr fitness! Lastly, we would peruse the aisles of Barnes and Nobels with a Starbucks in hand!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I dedicate this shoutout to the book, The Year of Yes, by Shonda Rhimes! This book basically tells you to say YES to all things scary! You have the courage to do what your heart desires! I reread this book often as go through my journey as an entrepreneur.
