We had the good fortune of connecting with Shantel White and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Shantel, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Discipline is the cornerstone of my success and the success of my brand. Consistently adhering to a structured workflow, staying focused on long-term goals, and maintaining a commitment to excellence have been instrumental. It’s about consistently showing up, putting in the work, and making disciplined decisions that align with the brand’s values and objectives. This unwavering dedication to discipline has allowed for steady progress and growth over time.
What should our readers know about your business?
Building Tulua Aesthetics into a successful venture hasn’t been easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding. I’ve faced numerous challenges along the way, from financial hurdles to navigating the complexities of the industry. However, through discipline and determination, I’ve overcome each obstacle, understanding that motivation may fluctuate, but discipline remains constant.
Running and growing a business alone requires wearing many hats and making tough decisions, but it’s essential to stay focused on the end goal. Embracing difficulties as part of the journey has been crucial, as each challenge has taught invaluable lessons in resilience and adaptability.
Tulua Aesthetics isn’t just an aesthetics clinic; it’s a safe haven for everyone, embodying inclusivity and compassion. Our focus on bioregenerative medicine and injectables sets us apart, offering innovative treatments tailored to individual needs. What sets us apart isn’t just our services but our commitment to fostering a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and empowered on their journey to wellness and beauty.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
For a week-long trip in the Sugar Land and Houston areas, I’d start by taking my friend to some of the must-visit restaurants in the area. We’d begin with breakfast at The Breakfast Klub in Houston for their famous chicken and waffles. Then, we’d explore the Museum District, visiting the Museum of Fine Arts and the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
For lunch, we’d head to Killen’s BBQ in Pearland for mouthwatering Texas barbecue. In the afternoon, we’d take a stroll through Hermann Park and enjoy a pedal boat ride on McGovern Lake.
For dinner, we’d venture into Sugar Land and dine at Churrascos for a taste of Latin American cuisine with a Texas twist. After dinner, we’d catch a live performance at the Smart Financial Centre.
Throughout the week, we’d mix in some nightlife experiences, such as checking out the bars and live music scene in Midtown Houston or exploring the diverse culinary offerings in Houston’s Chinatown. We’d also spend a day at the Houston Zoo and catch a game at Minute Maid Park if there’s a Houston Astros home game.
Overall, the Sugar Land and Houston areas offer a vibrant mix of cultural attractions, dining experiences, and outdoor activities, ensuring a memorable and fun-filled week for any visitor.
