Hi ShaylaJ, what is the most important factor behind your success / the success of your brand?
Knowing my purpose

I have learned that my purpose is what gives me the drive to get to the next level. Also the more self-motivated I am, the more successful I am. I remember why I chose to be in the business. So I align my thoughts and actions to work towards my goals. However, these goals changes over time which is why I constantly remind myself of my purpose in the business.

With this as my driving factor I’ve been able to achieve much success and even be awarded top producing agent at the brokerage, DiverseCity Realty.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a top producing Realtor in the Houston area that supports individuals looking to purchase or sell Residential or Commercial properties. I have partner with the best lenders, title companies, inspectors and several other professionals in the industry. Proverbs says “iron sharpens iron so friends sharpen friends”, so I’ve made it a point to ensure that I work with individuals that have mutual respect, are like-minded and are pushing for greatness level of success.

I would also like to share that SJ Properties Team will soon transition to be one of the top-producing brokerages in Texas.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

If my bestfriend came in town for the week I’d take her to a few well know places in Houston.

We’d get pampered and get facials!

We’d also go shopping in the Rice Village and Galleria!

We’d enjoy lunch at a few of Houstons favorites…Turkey Leg Hut, Lost & Found, Mucheaux & Woosters Garden!

We’d get dolled up and have dinner at few of my favorite spots…Willie G’s, The Warwick & Steak 48!

We’d be sure to go to Post HTX for some great food options and photos!!
