Hi Sierra Jhardaí, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
Being a Brand owner, Nursing school student and overall Princess the option to give up often presents itself in the fairytale life of mine that I am creating. The choice to keep going is what differentiations me. How do I know? I firstly rely heavily on my faith and the outcomes of my prayers. In any situation I pray about it first and allow my actions to prevail my faith enabling the trust in the process and outcomes, If it’s meant to be. Secondly, I was raised by an ambitious woman who has made the impossible possible, which created the image of limitless possibilities in my life. To accompany my up bringing, I was blessed with such a golden hearted family and support system! I could tell them I’m building a space ship to go to the moon by hand and they would pray, support and encourage me 100%! Having those around you who believe in you is extra ammunition in the trails of life itself! Being an entrepreneur is not for the weak, because it’s never guaranteed to work. One week could be a crazy flow of clientele, orders and marketing exposure while the next could be the repetitive self marketing, planning and prepping for what the business WILL be with no clients, orders or outside marketing. It is VERY easy to give up if your not built with the soul of capabilities, the ambition of your goals and most of all the belief in yourself! I refuse to believe that I cannot have it all in this world, humbly. I often say, when things get hard in life, I get excited because that essential means that my faith is about to payoff. As long as i’m solid when it isn’t going great and when it gets hard and I want to cry. This goes for my brand and my personal life! Being in nursing school full-time while running a brand that is high maintenance within itself is not an ideal task, but having the discipline and balance of priorities is the key for me. Aside from this I always want to live every inch of my life, not allowing stress fo overcome and to do that so must KEEP GOING because even when things seem unclear or I don’t know what to do next, my faith shows up! Life always presents opportunities to give up or what I call settle for what’s easier but 9/10 not what your heart desires! I refuse to spend my time doing something that I don’t adore and enjoy which explains all of my ventures in life. Having faith, family and a supportive boyfriend who all encompass everything listed above is so rewarding. Maintaining a Brand, Soon Bachelors Of Science In Nursing, Coming of Age & A healthy relationship is not peaches in cream, but it is ESSENTIAL in the life I am creating for myself, my fairytale lead by my mindset of applying pressure in EVERY aspect of life and seeing it through until it’s exactly what I want. I cant give up because it’s not IN ME to not get everything life has to offer. You know whether to give up or keep going by how hunger you are for the life YOU choose. When I noticed my faith is the pathway, I knew not to give up because I’m putting in the work to get the desired outcomes. If ever I question, to give up or keep going,I simply remind myself of where I WAS to where I am NOW.. the PROGRESS of a, in my case, princess who is by definition “a spoiled high maintenance hustler, in her prime who NEVER settles for less and has her way with it all.” – Sierra Jhardaí. I am laced with every essential needed to succeed as I keep going through ANYTHING meant for me in life, trusting and believing in ones own capabilities will BLOW YOUR MIND!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My brand THE PRINCESS PROJECT BY SIERRA JHARDAÍ was founded by a mindset of “a spoiled high maintenance hustler in her prime, who NEVER settles for less and has her way with it all.” – Sierra Jhardaí. This mindset is centered around self love and worth. Feeling capable and aligned to get any and everything out of life. Which further led to the beauty branches of the brand focuses on Lash Extensions & Beauty itself. Becoming the brand that we are today took open-mindedness, firm holds on what I wanted the brand to stand for and trusting the process in terms of always learning more. It was not always easy to keep pushing especially being the CEO, Marketing Manager, Finacial Advisor & Promoter of the brand. But dividing and conquering while remembering WHAT i’m headed towards made it all worth it. Not to mention having REAL confidence in the relevance of my brand. I was not as LOUD about what my brand was and is as I should’ve been. Being afraid of how people would think or if they would interact, follow or buy. Until I realized the power I had in putting myself and brand on the pedestal for greatness without asking for anyone’s permission or acceptance because it was invalid in terms of growing as a brand. This lead me to gaining and still growing a huge spectrum of support around the world. When it’s something you believe in you PLACE IT in its rightful place while everything else falls in line. My brand is essential to awaken the royalty in both young & aged men and women. Reminding them of their capabilities and opportunities to love every bit of their life. With accompanying accessories to compliment the mindset and lifestyle we’re selling.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
First we would have brunch at Phil & Dereks then hit a FashionHaus fashion show followed by an after party at space night club to end night one. Day two would consist of a Spa Day including nail services from KlawedbyKay and massages with any local spa then shopping at the Galleria and other chic spots such as Urban Layce on westheimer.
To be adventurous we would have to definitely have to visit the Color Factory for a fun day of pictures and ride through downtown late at night and see the beauty in it all ending with a trip to the Taco Fuego Food Truck.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to Shout-out my superhero of a mother. Who is an upcoming Business Owner and Creative. As she has believed in me, in ventures that I couldn’t imagine simply because it was out of my comfort zone. She is the foundation of my confidence and limitless capabilities in life. Inspiring, believing, loving, praying and supporting me even when I don’t feel solid in an aspect. Thank you SO much for being MY mommy MY support MY inspiration. SHOUTOUT to my bestfriend, my mommy!
