We had the good fortune of connecting with Tarsha Campbell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tarsha, what do you attribute your success to?
For me the most important factor behind my success has been understanding that I have been designed for a divine purpose. When I speak of divine, I’m speaking of my awareness that something greater than me (which for me is God) created me with specific intentions in mind.

I’m strongly convinced, I’m on Earth for a purpose and move through life with purpose. With this understanding, I approach everything I do in life with complete intentionality in the forefront of my mind. Whether it’s embracing a moment with my family, collaborating with others, or working on developing a new product or service for my brands, I’m always searching for the purpose and meaning when I engage. When I know whatever I’m engaged in is tied to my overall life purpose, I approach the task or moment at hand with complete intentionality. It’s during these moments, I know I will be energize with divine grace to complete what’s set before me and my success is imminent.


Please tell us more about your business. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I have two businesses. The first is DOMINIONHOUSE Publishing & Design, LLC, a publishing and graphic design firm dedicated too publishing with divine ingenuity and creative excellence. My second business is Tarsha Campbell Empowers, LLC, my speaking, coaching and consultancy firm exclusively designed to help others find and fulfill their life purpose, and launch their dreams. Through both these entities, I’m passionate about serving the vision and mission of emerging business leaders, non-profit and ministry leaders.

What sets me apart from other businesses like my businesses, is me! Each business leader should bring a unique flavor to what they serve by incorporating their unique giftings, talents, wisdom, skill set and experience to what they serve to meet the need of their target audience. I’m only good at being me and I strive to deliver the most knowledgeable and helpful version of myself to those I have been called to serve and help them advance in their journey.

One of my most valuable business and life assets has been my ability to “see.” Since I was a child I have had this innate ability to envision what could be. I’ve been able to “see it, before I see it”. I believe this is key to business success for every business owner. It’s through this power of vision as a creative and content creator, I’ve been able to create things that never existed before for my clients and for my own personal projects. Being able to see what could be through the power of vision is a wonderful thing! It’s because of the power of vision, I’ve been able to overcome challenges and develop solutions for those I serve in my businesses.

With that being said, this is one of the things I want people to know about me and my brands. I would tell any entrepreneur and business leader that exceptional visionary insight, coupled with a passion for excellence, is paramount to delivering the best products and services to those we serve.

This empowerment resource was designed to help others develop and harness the power of vision. Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shoutout would definitely include members of my family. The first person who has made an indelible imprint upon my heart and life is my beautiful mother. I can’t think of any time she hasn’t been there in total support and believed in me. She has had my back on multiple levels with her love, care and prayers. She is an exceptional woman who has extended her unwavering support to all her biological children and those who have adopted her as their surrogate/spiritual mother.

My second shoutout would go to my beloved husband. There is so much I can say about this great man of wisdom. His sacrifices for me and his family has ensured and afforded us the opportunities to succeed and advance in life. He is a gifted problem-solver and has provided solutions to many of my life and business problems. He is without a doubt my hero. I’m so grateful we get to do life together.

My third shoutout would be to my two young-adult children. The both of them inspire me with their brilliant minds and outlook on life. It’s a blessing to be their mother.

My fourth shoutout would be to the many outstanding women I have met throughout my life that I consider and call my friend and sister. It’s too many to name in this space, but they each have empowered my journey. It’s because of them I’ve been inspired to be the best version of myself and live with divine purpose and love.
