We had the good fortune of connecting with The Brielle Group Real Estate Experts and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi The Brielle Group, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind The Brielle Group’s success is genuinely caring about our clients past a single transaction. Our small team is made of very different people, but we all share the same value of putting peoples/families needs above all else. Our goal is not to make a commission; our goal is to help support our own families while serving our community and our community’s families. When we work as a community, everyone is better for it.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
A little about The founders of The Brielle Group:

Susan had a successful career in the oil and gas industry for many years before moving out to the country and starting her career in real estate. Susan is a strong negotiator and an expert in both residential and commercial real estate. Whether you’re buying or selling a home, farm/ranch or commercial investments,

Taylor was a teacher working with students with special needs before starting her real estate career. Real Estate was always a passion of hers. She loves the autonomy it provides to measure her own success while also raising a family. Taylor surrounds herself with the best and builds a network of relationships that her clients can leverage. Whether they need a plumber, lender, or home insurance, she has relationships that guarantee her clients get the best service from start to finish.

Kristin was an elementary school teacher before starting her real estate career. Kristin is responsive 24/7, efficient and strategic, she has excellent communication throughout every step/process. She is always up for a challenge and customizes each transaction to match her clients needs/situation.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If we were to take our clients out for the day to get to know our beautiful city, we would likely start for lunch at The Local Table. This locally owned restaurant is perfect for family and friends to enjoy a casual meal/drinks together. We would follow it up with a stop at No Label Brewery. This local brewery is located in Old Katy at the historic Silos. It frequently has farmers markets. community events and tons of fun for the whole family with live music by local musicians. We would end the day with a visit to Anthonies in Fulshear/Simonton. This indoor/outdoor restaurant is an unmatched experience with scenic country views. live music and incredible dining.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The Brielle Group would like to give a shoutout to all the hardworking parents out there. Our team is founded/owned by 3 hardworking mothers. We are moms who hustle everyday to help our families. We know how hard it is to keep everything going each and every day, with jobs, school, homework, activities… you are amazing! We have been privileged to get to know so many incredible women owned small businesses in our community. We are motivated and inspired everyday by you!
