Hi Timesha, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Generational wealth! I wanted to be financially independent and be able to provide a great future for my daughter.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m a realtor and notary. I offer a concierge real estate service, I’m very hands on and detailed. The most exciting thing about my career is helping first time home buyers become home owners. I got to where I am by hard work , hustle and building bridges. In real estate it’s all about who you know and your brand. How you treat and interact with people is very important in this industry. I want the world to know that Timesha Day Realtor is here to help with all of your real estate needs, no matter how big or small your budget!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Day 1 brunch at the Virgin hotel in downtown Dallas. That night the rooftop club inside the Virgin.
Day 2 shopping at North Park mall and maybe at the Allen Outlets.
Dinner at DJs steakhouse in Addison and maybe stop by The Hideaway lounge.
Day 3 a boat day party on lake Lewisville
Day 4 visit the African American museum and stop by Monrovia lounge for some west African cuisine. After that I’m exhausted!
