We had the good fortune of connecting with Toni Sanders and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Toni, do you have a budget?
Yes, I have a budget and strongly advocate for creating a monthly budget. I view it not as a restriction but as a purposeful way to allocate resources, ensuring that every dollar is assigned to a specific goal or need.

As a financial educator and licensed financial professional, it’s essential for me to live by the principles I teach and expect of my clients. My budgeting process reflects intentionality and balance, allowing me to make informed lifestyle and spending decisions while aligning with both my personal and professional values.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

As a financial educator and licensed professional, my mission is to provide financial education alongside world-class products and services.

The journey hasn’t been easy—nothing worth having ever is. However, it has taught me invaluable money management lessons that are essential for becoming a successful business owner.

I don’t believe challenges in business are ever fully overcome. Growth requires constant and consistent effort. Success demands focus, discipline, and the willingness to show up every single day.

If there’s one thing I’d like the world to know about me and my brand, it’s that I foster a judgment-free zone. I’ve been where many people are today, and my goal is to serve as a resource for others, particularly in my community. I’m passionate about helping people improve their financial circumstances and empowering them to achieve their goals.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I must be honest, I am not that girl who still hangs out. As an older age lady being home and relaxing with family and friends is best. My husband and I are total home bodies.

We travel quite a bit, but when in town Houston never disappoints, from Sugarland to Galleria to Midtown to Downtown.

Food, shopping and entertainment is hands down is the best for those wanting to explore the city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

I would like to give a special shoutout to World System Builder and World Financial Group for being instrumental in my financial education and the success of my 10-year career in this industry. They provided me with a strong financial foundation and the resources necessary to understand and apply principles that lead to informed financial decisions.

Their commitment to empowering individuals through financial education workshops has transformed countless lives by helping people take control of their financial future, with the goal of 30 millions people by 2030. I also highly recommend the book Saving Your Future, which outlines essential financial concepts in an accessible way. It’s a must-read for anyone looking to improve their financial literacy and make meaningful changes in their financial circumstances.
