Well ,what I think about risk is that it has to be taken, or you will never learn how to gain and recognize the different variations of reward that comes from it. The role that taking risk has played in my life is first : I learned a lot about my character. For instance, I am always a student. I believe risk taking is necessary. While I do not agree with how it is labeled, everything in this world is a risk. We can step out on our faith and self belief, and trust that we have done the work to be prepared. I believe the greatest risk is not taking action and staying where you are. We are moving in two directions daily, either up or down, but never in the same spot. I believe I have looked at every situation in my life from a 360 view and made the decision that I felt was best in that moment.
