Hi Heather, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
“After women, flowers are the most lovely thing God has given the world.” ~Christian Dior
This quote by Christian Dior signifies the profound beauty and importance of flowers in life and work. It reflects my deep appreciation for the elegance and allure of flowers, which I strive to capture and convey through my floral designs. Just as Dior valued flowers as one of the most lovely gifts from God, you too may see them as an essential element in creating beauty and enhancing special moments, especially at weddings and events.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
After a fulfilling 17-year career teaching 5th graders, I embarked on a new adventure in the wedding industry as a floral designer. My dream of working with flowers has been a long-held aspiration, and moving back to Texas from California provided the perfect opportunity to take that leap of faith.
To ensure I was well-equipped for this new chapter, I started by learning the basics from a parent of a former student. This introduction ignited a passion within me, and I eagerly sought out other experts in the wedding industry to further my knowledge. Traveling to various states and internationally, I learned from the best in the floral industry, constantly seeking to improve and expand my skills.
Today, my floral design services are known for their bespoke creativity, attention to detail, and personalized approach. I believe that each floral arrangement should be as unique and memorable as the occasion it celebrates. From intimate gatherings to lavish affairs, my goal is to create floral designs that capture the essence of each event, leaving a lasting impression on clients and guests alike.
I am excited to continue this journey of learning and creativity, and I look forward to the opportunity to create stunning floral arrangements that exceed your expectations.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
This shoutout is dedicated to my husband, whose unwavering support has been instrumental in my journey into the wedding industry. He has given me the courage to pursue a dream I had 20 years ago, and I am grateful for his belief in me. Without him, I would not have taken this leap of faith or boarded this train to see where it leads. His love and encouragement have been my guiding light, and I am blessed to have him by my side.
