Meet Tiffanie | Coach & Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffanie and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffanie, how does your business help the community?
T.Vision Consulting makes a meaningful impact in the community by helping individuals and businesses overcome identity challenges and step confidently into their purpose. We understand that when people are unsure of who they are or how to present themselves, it can limit growth, opportunity, and success. Through strategic guidance, coaching, and brand clarity services, we empower our clients to discover their strengths, define their vision, and operate with confidence and excellence.
Our work not only transforms businesses by improving direction, leadership, and brand presence, but it also strengthens the community by building more self-aware, motivated, and purpose-driven individuals. When people are clear about who they are and what they stand for, they contribute more effectively to their workplaces, families, and local economy.
At T.Vision Consulting, we live by our motto: *“If you are going to be something, be great. If you are going to do something, do something amazing.”* This belief drives our mission to inspire greatness, spark transformation, and help our community thrive.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Clarity changed my life — and that is exactly why I created T.Vision Consulting.
T.Vision Consulting was built to help individuals and businesses break free from identity confusion and step into confidence, purpose, and intentional growth. What sets us apart is that we don’t just focus on external success strategies — we focus on internal transformation first. We believe when people truly understand who they are, they make better decisions, build stronger brands, lead with conviction, and create lasting impact.
What I am most proud of is witnessing real transformation. I’ve seen clients go from feeling stuck and uncertain to becoming focused, empowered, and vision-driven. That shift not only changes their businesses — it changes their families, their communities, and their future. What excites me most is knowing that this work is just the beginning. The mission is to expand our reach and help more people realize that greatness is not reserved for a few — it is available to anyone willing to grow.
My journey to building this business was not easy. It required faith, courage, and perseverance through moments of doubt, limited resources, and the challenge of proving both my value and my vision. There were setbacks that tested my confidence, but I chose to see each obstacle as preparation, not punishment. I invested in my development, sought mentorship, stayed disciplined, and remained committed to the bigger picture.
The greatest lessons I’ve learned are that clarity is power, consistency builds trust, and purpose will sustain you when motivation fades. I’ve also learned that success is not truly fulfilling unless you are creating opportunities and transformation for others along the way.
I want the world to know that T.Vision Consulting is more than a brand it is a movement rooted in excellence, identity, and possibility. My story is proof that when you commit to your vision and refuse to settle for average, you can build something meaningful from the ground up. I live by this belief every day: *If you are going to be something, be great. If you are going to do something, do something amazing.* And through this work, I am dedicated to helping others do exactly that.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was coming to visit me in Houston, we would absolutely plan a fun girls’ trip full of great food, cute photo spots, adventure, shopping, relaxation, and unforgettable nightlife.
We would kick things off with brunch at The Breakfast Klub amazing vibes, music, and must-have chicken and waffles. After brunch, we’d head to The Galleria for shopping, luxury browsing, and maybe a little glam moment.
One of the most exciting days would be an outdoor adventure riding with ATV HTX. It’s the perfect girls’ trip adrenaline rush fun, bold, and definitely Instagram-worthy.
Another day would be all about cute aesthetic moments and fresh air at Buffalo Bayou Park perfect for walking, selfies, and skyline views. Later that evening we’d get dressed up for rooftop drinks and sunset pictures at Z on 23 Rooftop Bar.
We would also plan a culture and photo-op day in the Museum District, visiting the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston before heading to dinner at Peachez for great food, fun energy, and a girls-night vibe.
One night has to be about dancing and live entertainment checking out a concert or event at Toyota Center or exploring downtown lounges.
To end the trip on a relaxed but inspiring note, we’d visit Space Center Houston, then enjoy a final girls’ dinner at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen sharing laughs, seafood, and reflecting on an unforgettable week.
It would be the perfect mix of glam, adventure, culture, food, fun, and sisterhood the kind of trip where memories are made, confidence is boosted, and every day feels like a celebration.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to several powerful influences who played a significant role in shaping both my personal growth and professional journey. First, I am deeply grateful for Master Coach University and Dean Jeffrey Sooey, whose leadership and mentorship helped expand my mindset around purpose, impact, and excellence in coaching. The training and guidance I received there strengthened my confidence and sharpened my ability to truly serve others.
I also want to recognize Wisdom Coaching for providing continued insight and support in my development as a transformational leader. Their influence helped me understand the deeper responsibility that comes with guiding people through identity and life transitions.
Additionally, the book The Game of Life and How to Play It had a profound impact on my perspective. It taught me the importance of faith, mindset, and the power of words in shaping our reality.
Each of these influences contributed to the passion, purpose, and vision behind T.Vision Consulting, and I am grateful for the role they have played in my story.
