Meet Paige Baker | Broker Associate – Baker & Co Real Estate Group

We had the good fortune of connecting with Paige Baker and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Paige, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
There have been many factors that have played a huge factor into my success in the Real Estate industry. My Mother Julie has played such a huge role in my success and I wouldn’t be where I am today without her constant support. She has been by side since the beginning and it has been so special being able to build our business together. She is my confidant and someone I can always come to with anything.

I am also so thankful for all of the relationships I have built in this industry. Our partners in Lending, Title, Insurance and Inspections and also other Agents I have become close with have been crucial to our success and help us make our transactions as smooth as possible for our clients and have also been such an amazing support system in my life. We are not only partners in business but also partners in life.

Our clients entrusting us to guide them through all of their Real Estate needs has been the biggest blessing in our business. I never take for granted each person that walks into our lives that we are able to serve. I am truly so lucky to be able to do what I love every day of my life.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Being a Mother-Daughter team I think has truly set us a part from others in the industry. The moment you meet us you basically become part of our family and truly get to experience that. Our clients get the best of both worlds having two Realtors with years of experience come together to make their dreams and goals come true.

We truly focus on building strong relationships with our clients and also our partners in business and it has truly shown since almost all of our business is based off of referrals. We truly care for our clients and want to give them the same level of service that we would want to receive ourselves.

This year we partnered up with NextGen after the opportunity was presented to join their Partner Program. It has truly been such a blessing and we are so excited for what we are all going to achieve together in 2025.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would start our day off with breakfast from Snooze Eatery in the Heights and then we would go for a walk around the trails in Bridgeland.

Then we would stop by City Center and go shopping before grabbing lunch at Haywire.

After lunch I would have us stop by Puttshack in Downtown Houston and maybe even check out the Cockrell Butterfly Center before heading to dinner at Toulouse in the River Oaks District.

We would end the night with drinks at Clarkwood before planning our next visit!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would be more than honored to dedicate my shoutout to my Mother Julie. She has been by my side building this business since day 1 and I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. It has truly been the most special experience of my life being able to go on this journey together. It has been so wonderful being able to meet all of our wonderful clients together and being able to come together with both of our strengths and make the experience enjoyable for our clients.

It has been a wonderful 6+ years together and I am truly looking forward to what this next year has in store for us.
