Hi Angela, can you tell us about an impactful book you’ve read and why you liked it or what impact it had on you?
Hmm… I have to say the Holy Bible is one of the books I’ve read that has had the most impact on my life—on who I was and who I’m becoming.If I’m being honest, the Bible has a unique way of transforming a person’s life. The more you read with the intention to receive and apply, the more you begin to see the fruits.

Personally, I’ve become more bold in my faith. I’d say that’s the biggest impact. I’m not fearful—I know God can win and fight any and every battle. He’s with you on top of the mountain and in the furnace.

He’s HIM, for real.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Acu Styles is a fashion styling company that offers one-on-one consultations through personalized styling tips, active listening, and redefining your unique style.

I take pride in styling my clients based on who they are—and who they have the potential to become. My consultations are centered around the philosophy: “Style begins with one piece.” And sometimes, that one piece just happens to be YOU… or that one perfect piece of clothing. See what I did there? Either way, both are essential pieces in creating the perfect outfit.

Being stylish has always been a part of who I am. I’ve loved fashion since I was a little girl—from elementary school picture days to being voted “Best Dressed” in high school, and eventually recognizing my own keen eye for style as I grew older.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
You know Houston is so vast so honestly I would try to see what type of mood she’s in or vibe she’s looking for.
