Meet Samantha Francois

We had the good fortune of connecting with Samantha Francois and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Samantha, looking back, what do you think was the most difficult decision you’ve had to make?
Dropping everything and relocating to Houston in 2023 was the ultimate gamble and my most daring decision to date. I uprooted my entire life, trading familiarity for uncharted territory. It was a high-stakes move that tested my mettle, but I wasn’t about to let fear dictate my destiny.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Distinguished leader and advocate, serving as Ambassador International for Woman Entrepreneur International. Acclaimed author of ‘Not Any Less Loved.’ Visionary founder and CEO of Souf Lavi Orphanage Inc. and Nouvo Ayiti Corp., driving positive change in communities. Strategic leader as CEO of S&SFB Family LLC. Skilled social media expert for Women of Empowerment-Women Who Rise. Dedicated Director of Rehabilitation for Select Rehabilitation and compassionate nursing student. Passionate pageant mentor and proud military spouse. Devoted mother to a remarkable young son. Emerging pageant judge with a heart for service. Committed intercessor in prayer and advocate for children’s welfare, embodying the values of a virtuous woman.
My journey to achieving these titles was paved with challenges, but through prayer, perseverance, and resilience, I overcame obstacles and stayed focused on my vision. Surrounding myself with like-minded individuals who shared my unwavering faith was instrumental in my success. I’ve come to realize that God’s timing is impeccable, and His plan unfolds perfectly. My story and brand are built on the foundation that prioritizing God and embracing grace can lead to divine alignment. When God is at the center, everything else falls into place.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My heart is overflowing with gratitude! I want to extend a special thank you to my dear friend Harriet Kou for nominating me for this incredible magazine feature. I’m also deeply grateful to Women Entrepreneur International for creating a platform that embodies the true spirit of sisterhood, empowerment, and elegance. Through this journey, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some truly amazing women who have become lifelong friends. A huge thank you to the phenomenal Delerice Tehrani (Coach D) for her guidance, mentorship, and unwavering support , she’s helped me achieve milestones I never thought possible. These incredible women are not just mentors, they’re catalysts for purpose, and I feel blessed to have them in my life.
I’m blessed with an incredible support system. My family, especially my mother, Julie Paul, has been instrumental in my journey. Her unwavering dedication and support mean the world to me, she’s my rock and business partner. I also want to express my deepest gratitude to my mother in love Heather Williams-Green, a true trailblazer and advocate for women’s empowerment. Her passion and commitment inspire me daily.
