Meet Chelsea Lewandowski | Founder of The Strong Enough Club & Virtual Fitness Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Chelsea Lewandowski and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chelsea, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my own business came from realizing that so many women—myself included—were craving a fitness space that felt supportive, flexible, and real. After years of personal experience in fitness and working in traditional spaces, I saw the need for something more inclusive. Not everyone feels comfortable walking into a packed studio or paying boutique prices. So I created The Strong Enough Club—a virtual community designed for busy women who want to improve their strength, mindset, and wellness on their own terms. It’s more than just workouts; it’s about being surrounded by women who cheer for each other. I wanted to build something that made fitness feel less intimidating and more empowering—and that’s exactly what we’re doing every day inside our community.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m the founder of The Strong Enough Club, a virtual fitness studio created for women who want to improve their strength, mindset, and overall wellness—without the pressure of perfection or the price tag of boutique studios. We offer live and on-demand classes along with coaching calls where we talk about everything from nutrition to self-doubt. What sets us apart is the heart behind the hustle—we’re not just here to sweat, we’re here to support each other.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I’ve been in the fitness world for over a decade, but starting a business meant wearing all the hats—coach, tech support, editor, marketer. There were moments of doubt, failed launches, and learning everything the hard way. But I kept showing up because I believed in what I was building and the women it was for.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned? You don’t need to be perfect to be powerful. You just need to be consistent—and surrounded by people who believe in you. That’s what I want women to know: you are strong enough, just as you are, and our community is here to prove it to you.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to visit for a week, we’d be mixing movement, good food, and local gems! Here’s how I’d plan it:
Day 1: Kick things off with a cozy brunch at a local spot—think farm-to-table eggs, fresh coffee, and a slow morning catch-up. In the afternoon, we’d take a walk or hike to soak up the scenery and get some steps in—movement is always part of my day, but it doesn’t have to be intense!
Day 2: Start with a workout from The Strong Enough Club (obviously!), then grab smoothies and spend the day exploring local boutiques. Finish it with tacos and margaritas at my favorite spot.
Day 3: A day trip to the lake to soak up all the Vitamin D. day. No lake day is complete without snacks and a speaker with the best music.
Day 4: A “wellness” reset—think morning Pilates, sauna or spa time, journaling, and dinner at a health-forward restaurant with a cozy atmosphere.
Day 5: Support local—check out a weekend farmer’s market and follow up with a local concert!
Day 6: Rest and recharge—lounging in athleisure, binging a feel-good show and an at-home spa night.
Day 7: One last strong morning workout, brunch again (because brunch is a love language), and short pool lounge to wrap it all up.
My ideal itinerary is all about feeling good—physically, emotionally, and mentally—with a balance of movement, joy, connection, and a little indulgence.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people who’ve played a role in my journey, but if I had to give a shoutout, it would be to the women who kept showing up—not just for workouts, but for themselves. The friends who encouraged me when this was just an idea, and the early members of The Strong Enough Club who believed in the mission before it was polished or perfect. They reminded me that fitness isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about strength in every form: physical, mental, and emotional. I also have to credit my mentors and fellow coaches who taught me that leading with heart and authenticity can be more powerful than following a formula.
