Meet Zephaniah Francois

We had the good fortune of connecting with Zephaniah Francois and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Zephaniah, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I knew I would need a system in place to establish myself and my mission, so I could execute the vision- Investing in Lives TURNING POTENTIAL INTO REALITY.
So, I started my business as a means to becoming a sub- system for all the systems I need in place to raise emotional health awareness worldwide and live in my potential and my purpose.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
The most meaningful, purposeful and powerful aspect of my art is the love it projects. Love is my story and my brand represents emotional health to support people in taking personal responsibility for their emotions. I arrived where I am today and I’m still in transit through careful observation and in connection to Love and myself. I wouldn’t be here if I was not connected to myself and Love. Throughout my journey I was inspired to create two informational tools Emotional and Experiential Language (EEL) that express all the different ways I’ve experienced and continue to experience Love. The most valuable lesson I’ve learned and desire to share mostly as an Emotional Health Advocate is the power of a “Right Relationship” with Love. The other experiences I’d like to share is how I speak back to my emotions in Love, and how my connection to Love keeps me rooted in my identity, in hopes that it will inspire and empower others to do the same unique to themselves! This is because I believe our emotions have a voice and Love is the language to speak back to them. The thing I’m most excited and inspired to share with the world relative to my brand is- how to make Love work again. So my brand, “Shea4HimandHer” represents Emotional Wellness and Love because there is something for everyone, just like Love is for everyone that believes in Love! The other part of my brand and story that I want to share is that Love works when it’s relative to the source- another awareness phrase I use often when I advocate for our emotions.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Oooh this is not an easy one lol. I’ll mention places I want to explore soon.
The places that I frequent are the gym, church, and Buffalo Bayou Park or any park that is scenic.
Some spots I’d like to try out for our week long itinerary are as follows- Steak 48- amazing ambience for dinner, Moxies for Brunch, A local gun range for a day time activity- I want to get better at shooting just for fun! We’d have to explore different gyms, since I train 5 days a week. We’d definitely hit up a Spa for some TLC.
Ultimately, we would need a tour guide, because I haven’t been in Houston long enough to discover my local favorites, but I imagine I’d create an interesting itinerary daily.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
So many people have and continue to shape and contribute to the story that is still unfolding today. I’d like to recognize Jesus at the forefront, my immediate family, and my two daughters for being my inspiration and part of my accountability. My Pastor Dr Michael Millet- through his ministry I became a disciple and equipped to do the work I believe I’m called to do as an Advocate.
