It’s hard to narrow it down to just one, but I would say Integrity is the one that ranks the highest with Authenticity as a very close second. I guess I just feel like….lots of people can be creative, but thats not all that matters. I want to leave my clients with a whole experience that they feel good about. Interior Design is a very personal interaction and I want my clients to trust me inherently. I am stewarding their resources, creating the spaces that they will live and interact with their families and if they were to ever feel like I took advantage of a situation or wasn’t fully honest with them, it would ruin the whole experience for them. Integrity. It is so important, that we named one of our flagship wines Integrity. At Nice Winery, we don’t believe in taking shortcuts to lessen the load. We take pride in making wine the right way – with the utmost integrity – from the vineyard to the bottle. It’s not the easy thing to do – it’s the right thing to do. Making wine with integrity means we work with small, family-owned farmers who respect the land with sustainable farming techniques and minimal manipulation to produce outstanding grapes. This enables us to craft wines of the highest quality and support the communities we care so deeply about. It’s why we give back to our community every single day, to over 300 local charities and non-profit organizations. It’s why we pledge the profits from three of our wines to healing children, finding a cure for cancer, and ending infant CHD mortality. Read more>>

Treat people the way you want to be treated. I believe it is that simple. In my business it means so much since we interact with people on a daily basis. We sometime only get 1 shot to make turn that guest into loyal guest and if you treat them any differently than the way you would like it might hurt you in the long run. Read more>>
