Risk for anyone are very necessary for any line of work especially photography. Don’t be afraid to fail and don’t be afraid of what others think or might think. Take the leap of faith and bet on yourself. As long as you stay true to yourself, work hard, and are passionate about what you do, you will always succeed, and what you claim as being successful will follow. Taking risks is part of growth in my opinion. I’m not even sure if you can have true, aggressive growth without some risk. I think there’s a quote that says “nobody ever became somebody by playing it safe” and it resonates so well with risk. The degree of the risks might be debatable, but risks in our careers and in our lives are a necessity for growth, change, and self-development. Traditionally the magnitude of the risk is often reflective of the growth and while you CAN still grow without risk, it’s the reward or the outcome that’s most affected. Read more>>

You either take the risk or you lose the chance. As I give this interview now there are a million things that are going on in my head that are huge risks, not just for myself but for my company. I am a firm believer that a lot of people fail to see their own true potential solely because they are afraid and they’re scared to do something different. Risks have always been my thing I guess you could say.. Ive always bet on myself and my failures have always taught me lessons along the way. I was in the military 10 years, and had my music career on the side performing and rapping overseas. Afterwards in my life, I became homeless, I found myself and my purpose during that time and worked my ass off. I got my diploma and graduated college.
