I came up with the idea of The Tipsy Cheesecake by combining 2 of my favorite things. I used to bartend, and I love to bake. One of my favorite desserts to eat is cheesecake. It started out as an idea in 2016 and grew from there. I was going through some hard times in life and baking is what kept me going. I spent several hours researching recipes and watching videos. I have had dogs since I was 3 years old. One of my most recent pups, Juno, was a Jack Russell Terrier that I went half way across the country to rescue. She was super intelligent and was my best friend. Unfortunately, while out on a walk with her, a reckless driver hit her and she passed away. A few months later I started this rescue to help find dogs in similar situations as she was originally in, find loving life long homes.
