Starting a business or pursuing a creative career makes finding work life balance really tough because there is no clear start and end to one’s work day. In the beginning of Olivia Hail Designs my work life balance consisted of burning the candle at both ends of the stick. My natural bend is to run 100 miles per hour, work the hardest I can, and provide the best service I can possible to my client. I learned however though these aren’t bad attributes, without boundaries I easily burnout. I changed the way I worked, settled my urgency and put hours on my working projects.
