We had the good fortune of connecting with Adam Olsen and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adam, how do you think about risk?
Calculated risk is the brink upon which leadership is born. The moment you feel comfortable or content with where you’re at, is the moment your competition will capitalize and pull ahead. I was 18 years old when I stepped foot in the real estate ring and I haven’t let myself get comfortable since, which is why myself and my team are ranked in the top 1.5% of all residential real estate sales professionals or teams in the United States of America out of a total of 1.4 million agents according to Real Trends. A common misconception is that “fear” and “risk” go hand-in-hand, when in reality that fear should be tied to complacency. The best things in life often come with the possibility of sacrifice, and those who aren’t willing to sacrifice aren’t truly ready to succeed

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Adam has created a name for himself, and his team, across the U.S. by speaking at various business seminars alongside entrepreneurship gurus such as Steve Wozniak (Co-Founder of Apple), Barney Waters (CEO of Adidas), Ndaba Mandela (Nelson Mandela’s grandson), Dr. Phil McGraw, and many others. With an immense entrepreneurial drive and an endless list of satisfied past-client testimonials, there’s no doubt that the Adam Olsen Team is the team you want in your corner.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Some of my favorite spots around Huntsville and the greater Houston area are locally owned businesses, such as Humphrey’s Bar & Grill in Huntsville. They have such a great environment with an amazing outdoor seating area perfect for entertaining guests and keeping the upbeat atmosphere alive. I also love tying the boat off at Fajita Jack’s on Lake Conroe, they have some of the best food and drinks you can find in the area with outdoor seating overlooking the gorgeous views of the sun setting on the lake in the evenings. Another great spot just a little further South down I-45 is Market Street in The Woodlands. Whether you’re looking to shop, eat, party, or catch a movie, Market Street has something for everyone and never fails to entertain the group!
