Hills4Atl is our free workout program dedicated to making a positive impact on our community. Through Hills4Atl, we promote physical activity, wellness, and healthy living, helping to combat the rise in lifestyle-related health issues. We’re most proud of the growth we’ve achieved. Hills4Atl started as a few friends and I running and working out on the hill 4 years ago; has since become a vibrant community movement. Our coaches, participants, and supporters have all contributed to this incredible journey. Every milestone reached is a testament to our shared dedication and passion for creating a healthier, happier community. The growth we’ve seen not only in numbers but in the personal stories of transformation is what keeps us motivated and inspired.
