We had the good fortune of connecting with Amanda Schonberg and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amanda, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is my faith. Everyone has a different version of what success is to them; however, we will all encounter obstacles. Life isn’t easy, so when I need more clarity around a decision or a second opinion on something, I turn to my faith.
I have learned over time that everyone doesn’t need access to your thoughts and dreams.
Having my faith as my support system has helped me accomplish things that I have not dreamed possible.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Baking For Business is an online educational website dedicated to helping bakers and treat makers with motivation and inspiration to operate their businesses. The main way that we share our resources and tips is via our podcast, The Baking For Business Podcast. Under that umbrella is our group coaching program, The Entrepreneur Community. The purpose of The Entrepreneur Community is to provide education and coaching to help home bakers and treat makers start, build, and grow their businesses so that they can make an income while making an impact.

The Entrepreneur Community revolves around curriculum, coaching, and community to help each member get the personalization they need to succeed on their journey.

So many of our members have increased their sales, celebrated 1K day sales goals, built up their confidence in business, and, most importantly, learned how to operate on a higher level.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Some of my favorite spots within our city our the locally owned businesses. I love MagPie Cafe which is a local coffee shop and vegan bistro. I would start my day off there with one of their gourmet Pop Tarts. I am a huge seafood lover and love crabs and shrimp so Fiery Crab is a must for lunch.

To unwind I would take my company to Coffee Call. They serve warm coffee and beignets which is a wonderful way to end the day

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
All the credit for my business and success belongs to God. That is the only person that I can contribute my success to, The ideas that he gives me and the desires that he shares with me are amazing. I am grateful for the times that I can hear his voice and that I can wake up and do what I do.
Everything I have ever had and now have is because of my faith.
