Hi Amiee, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The detail and customer service I pour into my photography really does show. I am not just a girl with a camera, I am a professional and I take every photo opportunity seriously. I love working with repeat clients. I get to know what their requirements are and they can trust my product to perfectly suit their needs.Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Amiee Cacolice Photography specializes in Professional Headshots, Lifestyle Portraits, Real Estate Residential and Commercial Photography, Virtual Walk Through Tours, Family and Children Portraits. I am most proud of the people that I get to work with on a regular basis and the success of my company. All the opportunities and challenges that I have faced have prepared me for this. One of the big challenges was learning to outsource and delegate tasks in order to be able to work on growing the business. As a business owner your time is valuable. You need to have clear expectation of were your time needs to be spent. In my case it was networking, photographing, editing, or prospecting. As your business grows so must your priorities. Setting the mood in a house is an art form. Most of your buyers will view the home online before they ever consider visiting. The right images, with the correct angles and logical order will give sellers an opportunity to present their home in a pleasing and natural way. Let’s face it, in today’s day and age, most people shop online. Why don’t we let them do exactly that! Giving a prospective buyer the opportunity to virtually tour the property. This is a great example how the industry has pivoted and how we have adapted to current market trends. Putting your best foot forward! A business portrait is sometimes the first impressions a client will have of you. It is the image that represents you in public, marketing you and what you do for a living. Having a well presented image when publishing yourself online lets them know how professional you treat your business, and ultimately your valuable clients. Adding a highlight and/or pose to your headshot is a creative way to add flair and branding to your marketing. Lets put you in your workspace and make it fun and inviting. I enjoy being part of a family for a short time to capture their precious family moments that will last a lifetime. Seniors that are about to embark on life and start exploring the world. For maternity the excitement of the unknown and preparation for what is to come and with infants and children, capturing the smiles you will want to cherish forever! You get one chance to make a first impression. Your clients deserve our best!Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would definitely spend some time in the museum district. Enjoy some of the local coffee places and bistros in Rice Village. I am sure we would have an adventure or two in Kemah on the boardwalk and support a local restaurant. We would definitely spend some time on the strand in Galveston and close out the day sipping margaritas over looking the surf on the beach.Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are two people that have had a huge impact in my business. The two instrumental individuals are my husband John Cacolice and my business coach Angela Britt. My husband gave me the latitude and trust to pursue my dreams. Angela Britt came along side me and helped fine tune the nuts and bolts of my business and thought process. I also owe a huge debt of gratitude to the thought leaders that I network with. Specifically my BNI Chapter and “NIMOSA” group for cheering me on and being reliable sounding boards.
