We had the good fortune of connecting with Angelina Santos and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Angelina, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
It defiantly has taught my siblings and I how to manage our school, sports and business. We always wonder how are mom is able to work a full-time job, go to school, have her business and be able to also make sure she is their for us at home and with school things. I know some people don’t agree with us having a business because we are kids and should be 100% focused on school (which we are) Our parents just want to show us the value of money, hard work and how we can run a business. Our parents make sure before we book any events are progress reports and report cards are good! They are super serious when it comes to that. So I think this year we all have got in the groove of things and know how to manage things better so its good. I know my parents are always making sure we are where we need to be so we are good.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
For sure to the mall! We love the mall! Memorial City Mall because it isn’t too packed! We all like different places to eat, so I know for me maybe some Guadalajara, Ava likes sushi, & ChooChoo love him Chick-fila! We are all so different lol Maybe even go to Speedy’s its a go-cart place on Hempstead! We love it there! These are all mainly kid stuff lol but hmmm let me think, also visit local markets in houston! Those we love to go too as well, we meet other small businesses and see some of our friends out there!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We just want to give a big thank you of course to our Mom, Amanda Vazquez! She is really our MVP! Our parents for sure for allowing us to even do this! Our mom her side business with our tia Evette Chavez “Luxie Lash Co.” They are the reason behind why we started our business. We helped them at their events so they gave us that motivation. Our Tia’s, & Tio’s! Our friends at Gimme Gomas HTX-Johnnie & Pedro! We also want to thank our god parents Victor & Mari at 610 Wheels & Tires for supporting us! & our huge following on social media, sharing and liking thank you all so much! We have so many friends and family who inspire us and are also business owners! So thank you to everyone!
