We had the good fortune of connecting with Bhagyesh Patel and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bhagyesh, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As a kid I grew up showing my dad running his own business and I have always wanted to do something on my own as well. I came to the country when i was 18 and worked in the restaurant industry for quite some time and owned few franchise business before starting Eggholic.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Eggholic is an Authentic Indian Street food restaurant where we serve Indian Egg dishes, Vegetarian dishes, Chicken dishes and much more. We are a made to order restaurant where everything is fresh and made just for you and that’s what makes us apart from others.

We are proud of our food quality and Taste and we are excited to introduce this taste & Experience to people who doesn’t know what Indian street food is all about.

We got to where we are today by believing in our concept and working very hard towards our Goal, It was definitely not easy. Lots of challenges and struggles but as I said we are very dedicated towards our goal and We always find a way to overcome the challenges.

All we would like to say to the world is wherever you are if there’s an Eggholic near by make sure to try it, It is very different and we are confident that you will like it.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The one and only spot i am taking them to is Eggholic.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Friends and Family were the biggest supporter in this journey we started and after opening the first store, our staff have been the back bone of our success, They really pushed us to do better, and my wife has been the greatest supporter for me through out this journey till today.
