We had the good fortune of connecting with Carolina Sandoval and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi CAROLINA, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of Maria Victoria has been consistency. In a business where every day presents new challenges, it’s crucial to maintain a steadfast commitment to the vision and values, even on the less favorable days. Success often comes to those who persist through difficulties, showing discipline and dedication despite moments of low motivation. It’s this unwavering focus on our goals and the relentless pursuit of excellence that has allowed us to evolve and thrive, continually redefining and reinventing the brand.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am incredibly passionate about everything I do. Whatever I set my mind to, I pursue with unwavering passion, never taking “no” for an answer. Maria Victoria actually started as a hobby when my twins were about 18 months old. Balancing the demands of starting a business with being a twin mom, especially with no family nearby to help, was incredibly challenging. But I’ve learned that when you put your heart into what you do, you can create anything you want.
It wasn’t easy to get to where I am today. There were many obstacles, but each challenge taught me valuable lessons. I’ve learned the importance of persistence, the power of community, and the necessity of believing in yourself even when things get tough.
One of the things I am most proud of is the community of women that has grown around Maria Victoria. From the incredible women who buy our bags to the dedicated distributors who believed in us from day one, it’s this network of support that has made our success possible.
I want the world to know that Maria Victoria is more than just a brand. It’s a story of passion, resilience, and the power of community. While I know there’s still a long way to go, I’m excited about the journey ahead and the endless possibilities it holds.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The success of Maria Victoria is all thanks to the amazing community of women who have been with us every step of the way. First and foremost, a huge shoutout to all the women who buy our handbags. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we wouldn’t be where we are without you.
We also want to give a big thanks to the incredible women behind the brand, especially our distributors. These amazing ladies believed in Maria Victoria from day one and have worked tirelessly to get our products out there. Their dedication and hard work are truly inspiring.
And finally, to all the women who support and uplift each other, thank you! Your encouragement, mentorship, and shared strength have empowered us to grow and thrive. We’re so grateful to have you as part of our journey.
