We had the good fortune of connecting with Chastity Sonier and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chastity, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is God. Being able to work in my gift which allows me to teach ladies how to be impeccable so they can become the CEO of their motherhood. This would incorporate their families, their marriages, their motherhood, and their businesses.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The lesson, I learned is to continue to believe in myself despite the direct or indirect nay sayers. Learning to be my own cheerleader when I have a successful or unsuccessful event. In addition, knowing when I have to go back to the drawing board and recreate the vision.
Overall, I love bringing out the BOSS that is within a person as well as embracing and igniting a fire that helps them to excel in their area of expertise. My platform helps create a blueprint for my client’s life goals and desires as well as provide a safe haven for my client’s voice to be heard, express their emotions and dreams. I assist businesses to identify leadership styles among their employees. I love that I am able to empower employees to receive key results through cultivating leaders to enhance their team’s mindset through innovation, trust, and emotional intelligence. Most of all I love to teach ladies how to be impeccable so they can become the CEO of Motherhood which incorporates their family, their marriages, their motherhood, and their business.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting Houston, Texas for a week I would tell them we are staying at the Mariquis Marriott downtown. The first day, we would have a sleepover to catch up on life and order room service. Some Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner spots we would visit might be Barnaby’s, Olive & Twist Bar and Kitchen, Bayou City Seafood, Lucille’s, Five Central, Frenchy’s Chicken, Soul Food Vegan, Upper Kirby Bistro, Trez Art and Wine Bar, Phil & Derek’s Restaurant, The Danvenports Lounge, and Spice Lane. The shopping spots would be McQueen’s Custom Tailor Retail Store Men & Women, Melodrama Boutique, and Blu Label Boutique.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are a couple of people that deserves a shoutout regarding my life successes. The first shoutout is to my parents, Reginald and Barbara Bailey. They are the foundation and anchor to me being a strong woman and a successful educated business woman. They are the individuals that embedded in me strong work ethics, integrity, and unconditional love for myself as well as for other individuals.
The second shoutout is to a person that has been in my life since my childhood, but she died in May 2021. I will never have a chance to tell her that her love, guidance, commitment, and faithfulness showed me how to walk and live with a spirit of excellence even in my lowest times. She taught me how to encourage myself when there is nobody in my corner, but God. She showed and taught me how to walk in my calling through my faith in God. What I learned through our relationship is to not just except having a seat at the table, but make it known that you are the table and without the table nobody can eat. Her name is Joyce L. Rodgers the Founder of Primary Purpose Ministries, Inc.
