We had the good fortune of connecting with Courtney Glaude and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Courtney, what’s the end goal, career-wise?
The end goal is to open a credited university that builds a curriculum around the students interest and gifts.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I guess what sets me apart is I give %100 of me when I create. I try not to take influence from anything to keep it as original as possible. At the moment I most excited about the new feature we’re in post privation on titled The Reading. It’s been a journey but I’d say I’ve always been the type to do more talk less. Fail as many times as you can until you succeed. I don’t believe in hard or easy. I think it’s just a learning process. Meaning it’s not hard you just haven’t learn that part yet. All money ain’t good money and every smile ain’t real. I own it. I won’t be a slave to someone for my gift.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Pappadueax’s, Frenchys, Breakfast Klub, Turkey Leg Hut, Daquari Shack.. as you see there’s a trend here. Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to Thank God for gifting me with the gift of story telling. It was given to me. It not something I ever had to work on. Thank you for choosing me.
