We had the good fortune of connecting with Dipp and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dipp, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As a kid I’ve always wanted to own a custom car shop. I knew I would Work for myself, but I was unsure how I would be successful.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I guess I will have to say I’m most proud of how quickly my business has grown being our grand opening was set the week of the pandemic happening. I quit My 9 to 5 when I realized I felt like I was in a hamster wheel going in circles with no progression. It definitely wasn’t easy, but all I can say is I was and still am very consistent! There are so many lessons that come with owning a business but the biggest would be to never mix business with personal and Business should always remain business. Another thing is to have the rite Team. I just Want people to know that this is only the beginning and you should never stop writing your story.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Houston is very diverse and full of fun on the spot possibilities. I invite Everyone I know to Jupiter Pizza and Waffle co for brunch on Sundays but other than that I’m truly a Home Body.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would have to thank First and foremost My wife who is my Business Partner, HR, employee, etc., etc., My parents for being major supporters of this dream since childhood and a series of books I read often as a guide to wealth and peace.
