We had the good fortune of connecting with Earnest Eastland and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Earnest, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The thought process behind me starting my business was to create the opportunity for others by utilizing my partnerships, relationships and resources to enhance my client’s network and success.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
In business I’ve learned that with anything and everything time can either work for you or against you! That every encounter sets up the next potential opportunity!
Take nothing for granted and embrace all obstacles. No one takes the same road to being successful. They may have similar moments and experiences, but no one and I mean no one has the same journey!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definitely take them to Moxies for Brunch, cigars at Davenport’s, The Museum of Natural Science and Art, Go Kart riding at Andretti’s or Raceway on 249. Of course stopping by to get a workout in at Prince Boxing Complex, definitely having lunch at Burns BBQ, and dinner at Pearl and Vine with departing travel snacks from Tropical Express, Pee Wee’s Snack shack and J&J Lounge.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate this to the Family who has always demanded more of me.
My Fiancé Madison and our children Chase and Sebastian. My Mom and Dad No IG Joe, My Uncle J Prince, my mentors Rev. Dr. Rudy Rasmus, OG Ant, Ken 713, OG Chi, Rapper Slim Thug and the entire BossLife Family, my Brothers Erin Eastland, Mister Alexander, Rod Davis, P-Wade, Theo Robert’s, Craig Loston, Trey Williams, Sherrod Williams and LaDarius McMillon.
