We had the good fortune of connecting with Eric Malak and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eric, what is the most important factor behind your success?
For me, the most important factor behind the success of my brand was “presentation”. I was able to stand out from my competitors by presenting my brand differently than them. There were several factors that took a role towards my presentation but the most important one was branding, such as my business name, my logo, my color scheme, my inventory, and transparency in pricing. Also, I always reinvested all my profits back in the business to help improve my branding. My goal was to have a corporate look and feel that built trust with my customers.

What should our readers know about your business?
In House Financing with no credit needed is our specialty. We help and approve customers every day that have bad credit or no credit with the purchase and financing of their vehicle when the traditional banks and credit unions have denied them repeatedly. The fact that we provided desirable inventory and In House Financing with no credit needed makes us a fan favorite in our community. I’m very proud of the brand I have been able to build throughout the past 14 years, the customers that have continuously supported our brand, and the employees that have been loyal to the brand. It definitely wasn’t easy but I was able to overcome my toughest challenges through hard work, continuing education, and hiring the right people. I’m only as strong as my team and we have a great team right now. For those inspiring entrepreneurs out there, make sure you focus on your employees first!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definitely take them to the Galleria area and make reservations at Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse for a nice dinner. Then I would book a room at the San Luis Resort in Galveston for a few days so we can relax pool side at the H2O Bar and go to the beach. I play basketball every weekend so I would have them join me on the court as well!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Definitely my parents. They always encouraged me to pursue my dreams and never hesitated to help! I can’t thank them enough!
