Hi Frankie, what matters most to you?
Respect of time. I believe it’s a key point to professionalism and retention of clients. You constantly see debates or viral posts about late fees being charged by servicers, but they aren’t being held accountable. Having your appointment time consistently honored as well as the service being provided in a timely matter goes so far these days.

What should our readers know about your business?
The biggest difference I see is my business background integrated into this business. There are a lot of young artists out here who may have only had this one job, so there’s no business experience, just talent. I am definitely not the best, but the ease of information, booking, servicing and the whole experience is absolutely all a part of the appointment. I am actually not a big makeup enthusiast, but I am big on providing great experiences. I am able to combine the two to be very successful..

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am heavily introverted and day dream about being home, so I definitely wouldn’t be the go-to for a girls weekend. However, I love to decorate and entertain at home. So I could be the kick back spot with drinks and games on one of those days.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shout out to all my Day 1s. I have about 4-6 clients who were there when I began who remain consistent when there are so many options out there. It motivates me to keep going..
