We had the good fortune of connecting with Havannah DaVinci and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Havannah, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My Thought Process behind starting my own business, was to bring my own identity into my business. I’ve always work for other inspiring business owners that always told me to stay true to who I am. Being in the barber industry, has helped me realize that starting a business as an entrepreneur is supposed to push me to go harder.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am most proud of accomplishing school and getting my license as a barber. It was not an easy road, it is one that always consists of constant growth everyday. I’ve learned to always be open to learn and try new things. I want the world to know that my brand is based off the essence of who I truly am and what I want to bring to the world. Push your limits.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My Idea of fun, is going to the water park, spending the day in downtown and riding bikes. Also, I’m a Huge Vegan girl so, showing them to the hottest vegan spots downtown. I can’t leave out giving them the best experience and doing their hair. I’m thinking a crazy color and design to add to our amazing time out together. Even go to the graffiti murals downtown to take pictures to finish the look with a pop.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a big shoutout to my mother that has always pushed me to push through my own limitations and mental barriers. As a child I always had a big imagination and did things that others wouldn’t think of. She always helped met to set high goals and standards for myself and accomplish them. So that is what exactly what I did and what I continue to do till this day!
