Meet Jenna Rosee: Musician

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenna Rosee and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jenna, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I wouldn’t say I pursed an artistic career, it pursued me. It’s always been apart of my life. I grew up around music and it’s something that I will forever love. Growing up my dad was a huge music lover and he wanted to be a musician himself. I had cousins that were into music and other creative ventures. I would say that I was born to have a artistic career because it was always in my heart.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
A journey like this is never easy but that’s the important part because it shows how much you want it. I make music about real life situations that everyone can relate to. I can always see both perspectives of a man and a woman and my music always caters to both sides. I’m always learning along my journey in life but that’s what makes my music so real because I put it all out there to help the next person overcome their situations.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well first I’d definitely go to Spa World to relax and unwind because you need time to escape reality sometimes. Then I’d go to Swamp Kingz and get seafood and daiquiris!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to God first because all things are possible with him. I want to shoutout my cousins Kennedy & Kelly for the encouragement, always keeping it real and guiding me throughout at all times.
