We had the good fortune of connecting with Jess Trione and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jess, what do you attribute your success to?
The essence of Saha Yoga and Wellness House’s success can be traced back to the strong foundation that was laid long before my time. Like the roots of a tree, this foundation provides a grounding energy that has allowed us to flourish and expand. Our dedicated teachers, with their deep knowledge and passion for yoga and community, have been instrumental in shaping the growth of Saha. However, it is the Spirit of community and unity that truly sets us apart. As a leader, I am honored to be a part of a team that shares a common vision and works together harmoniously towards our shared goals. It is this sense of togetherness and collaboration that has propelled Saha Yoga and Wellness House to where it stands today.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Saha Yoga and Wellness House is more than just a business – it is a sanctuary for the mind, body, and soul. What sets us apart from others is our genuine commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive community where individuals can explore and deepen their yoga practice in a supportive environment. Where they can feel seen.
I am most proud of the sense of unity and connection that our community embodies. It is truly heartwarming to witness the transformation and growth that takes place within our studio walls. on and off of the mat. You will not meet a stranger when you visit the studio.
The journey to where we are today has not been easy. Like any business, we have faced challenges along the way. However, through love, dedication, and a strong belief in our mission, we have been really fortunate to be a hidden gem in Tomball,Texas. One of the key lessons I have learned is the importance of flexibility and adaptability in the face of adversity. By remaining open-minded and willing to evolve, I have been able to navigate through the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. I am grateful.
I want the world to know that Saha Yoga and Wellness House is more than just a place to practice yoga – it is a sanctuary for self-discovery, healing, and growth. Our story is one of resilience, passion & compassion, and a deep-rooted commitment to serving our community. We invite all who seek a sense of peace and connection to join us on this journey towards holistic well-being.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There’s so many layers to this question.
I want to thank my ancestors and those that laid the path before me and those that will come after me.
Many years ago I worked for lululemon and during this time I worked alongside many strong and determined women. It was here that I knew I wanted to teach yoga. Not only was I encouraged, I was given so many beautiful opportunities to shine in our community. After returning from Peru, where I took yoga teacher training, I came back with a fire in my soul to share yoga, to share something much more than yoga. To share a remembering of something so much bigger than me.
I am surrounded by many STRONG and WISE women to this day. From mentors and teachers, young and old. I am constantly inspired by them. I am loved by them. That feels pretty amazing to receive and to be able to give that LOVE back.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you everything.
