We had the good fortune of connecting with JIGGAONDABEAT and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi JIGGAONDABEAT, what do you attribute your success to?
The biggest thing that helping me with being a producer is just being genuine, authentic, and just being my self. I try to bring good vibes everywhere I go whether it’s in public and most definitely in the studio. I feel like I’ve made a lot of good relationships and great music just being me.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
One thing you should know about me is that I BREAK SPEAKERS !!! If the kicks ain’t knocking and the bass not thumping then something is wrong. I like making beats that no one has heard before. Most would say that I make weird beats, I look at as making authentic beats. Making weird beats has played a big factor in my career because it shows that I don’t care what anybody says about my beats and that I’m staying true to myself. It wasn’t always easy to show people my weird music, it was actually frustrating at times because I used to wonder why isn’t anyone listening or paying attention, but as I continued to constantly keep working and showing it people my confidence continued to get larger and larger. Now it’s to a point where somebody hears a very weird beat, they know it most likely came from me. I just want everyone to know that speaking everything to existence and being yourself will take you very far no matter what career path you choose.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Houston is a huge city with manny things to do first we go eat at the Breakfast Klub, next we would go to the Galleria mall just to look round and shop, after that we would have to go go karting at K1 Speed. Later that night we would have to go to a restaurant called Kat’z. I would have to show how beautiful downtown is at night, and of course end the night off at a studio either Area 59 studios, 281 studios, or just cook up at the house.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First I have to give a big thank you to the man upstairs (God), without him none of this would be possible. Second I have to give a big shoutout to the collection LOOSE SCREW MAFIA, which involves me and my bros MONEY MAKING SACE and PRODBYNYTEMARE. These two are really my brothers, they have really helped me by pushing me to create something different everyday and to constantly be confident in myself since day 1. Third I would want to give a big shoutout my cousin Lil Louis (Louis Banks Jr). Louis passed a few years ago but before he passed he told me “if you this is what you want to do just do it, no matter what anybody says or thinks. If you do it be great at it, never settle for less”. He’s the one that really makes get up and keep getting better everyday. Lastly big shoutout to all the artists that I have worked with (Kaya Lovell, Juice Boyz, etc).
