We had the good fortune of connecting with JULIETTE HAEGGLUND and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi JULIETTE, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I discovered my passion for food a few years ago and decided to start a parallel career as an author, chef and food photographer. Starting my business gave me the opportunity to tap into my parallel career and grow and develop new skills. It also gave me a sense of independence and control over my life and future

What should our readers know about your business?
I am.a Cookbook Author, Chef and Food Photographer. I have written a Cookbook series ‘ World Cuisine – My Culinary Journey Around the World’. My cookbook features over 200 recipes from 20 countries in 5 continents. The dishes are a combination of traditional recipes with my own unique twist and my own creations inspired by places I have been to. My books also feature stories about the inspiration for the dishes or interesting facts about the country, giving it a uniquely personal touch. I also have a cooking school ‘The World in Juliette’s Kitchen’ where I share my passion for food with other people and create new and imaginative dishes. My new book ‘Raising a Healthy Eater – Quick and Easy Recipes for Babies, Toddlers and Kids’ is a cookbook for children’s recipes starting at age 6 months which contains healthy, delicious recipes for children using a wide range of ingredients and spices. It also features my son’s art and stories about my son.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to thank Kathy Murphy for introducing me to her amazing ‘Pulpwood Queen’ World.
