Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Field Daze is a mobile food and gaming business designed to provide patrons with delicious bites with a “State Fair” flair while providing safe indoor/outdoor fun and food. Born out of a love for classic state fairs, our mobile food truck offers an eat-n-play experience featuring foods such as smoked turkey legs, fried Oreos®, sausage on a stick, funnel cakes, caramel apples, and more! Plus, games that will bring out friendly competition in everyone.

At Field Daze, we tap into that fun-loving spirit that lives inside all of us. Starting this business wasn’t easy; entrepreneurship never is, but being dedicated to bringing smiles to my customers’ faces motivates me to keep going. During the pandemic, I realized I wanted to do something meaningful that has always been a passion. Starting this business on my own and investing in myself has taught me that I can positively impact people and myself regardless of what’s happening in the world around me.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The great thing about Houston is that there’s something for everyone. The food is fabulous here and we have unique experiences here that people may not have access to in other states. Visitors should definitely check out Houston Livestock and Rodeo in March for an unforgettable day. For those looking for a variety of activities a trip to Discovery Green park is a must. Then if you’re looking for  dynamic cultural experiences visit historic Houston are neighborhoods located throughout the city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
As a small business owner, partnership and collaboration are integral to my success. Field Daze has partnered with a variety of small businesses. We provided services for private events, school fairs, 13^th Floor Houston, and many others.  Partnering with others has given me the opportunity to connect with customers in an exciting way all while growing the brand and generating buzz for Field Daze. It’s important for me to partner with other businesses that understand our unique value. I’ve found that working with a variety of other small businesses.
