We had the good fortune of connecting with Kiara Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kiara, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my own business really stemmed from wanting to help people and seeing the gap ( the missing piece if I may add ) that many people need in their everyday life. In my case this would be in the fitness industry where so many use exercise from what I’ve come to learn ( as a way of escape ,to release ,to just be healthier ( learn better habits, challenge themselves, build strength, etc.) The missing piece I’ve come to incorporate with physical activity is adding in KINGDOM ( this stems from biblical understanding) so that not only are you being challenged physically but spiritually you are building as well !
Each classes is specially formatted to push each person physically but also building community through prayer , amazing music ,and so much more .

This is the birthing of KINGDOM.FITNESS .

Building your spiritual and physical muscles at the same time !

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
To be honest as I’m growing in the different gifts I’ve been blessed to have I don’t think there is a specific category for me . I’m a creative because I’m a hiphop dancer / growing as a choreographer. I’m a personal trainer that has a love for helping people , understanding the body . Lastly I’m a signed model embracing each experience with fashion/ commercial modeling . my goal is to be used in each industry to help people wether in a small or big way !

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Hmmm , to be honest lol I don’t even know ! It’s so many amazing places in Houston I would have to look it up and go with what we find !

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Whew ! Between family , friends , and people I have been blessed to work with . Each have blessed me with wisdom that they have learned from their journey whether in business, relationships of all sorts, being a creative, etc.
but out of respect I don’t know if they would want their names put out there but I do pray they know who I am speaking of . Because I love and appreciate each and everyone of them !
so I would have to shout out all of them to be honest I’m very grateful for each individual that has been sent in my journey to help guide me to where Elohim he has destined for me to get to !
