We had the good fortune of connecting with Lacherrie Delahoussaye and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lacherrie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is my passion behind being a Saddle Master/Spin Instructor. The Desire to be the very best in my industry. To provide a place where spinners can come to relax and let go of the world and take care of themselves by providing a high vibrational atmosphere full of Energy.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have been a Saddle Master/ Spin Instructor for three years at 24 hour fitness. I can promise you the best motivated cardio workout you have ever experienced. You can also expect to burn up to 1,000 calories during one 60 min workout alone. What makes me more excited about my job is the effort my spinners but in. I love watching their transition and growth in class. Watching them develop athletic skills makes me feel like I’m fulfilling my position as an instructor. I’ll never forget I was in that same spot they were in as a Student. It became naturally easy for me because it was love at first spin. I want the world to know that spin is life changing and don’t be afraid to try something new. Not only would it change your life mentally and physically. You will also have a new family with the same goals and ambitions. I love being apart of the spin world and I wouldn’t give up this feeling of accomplishments up for nothing or anyone in the world. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love going to the improv comedy club out here in Houston. When it’s time to go out and eat I love going to BBs cafe for some Cajun flavored crawfish.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My spin brothers Brandon Parker and Mark Morgan has been my rock in my career. We’re both my students and both became amazing spin instructors. I can count on them to show up and support me at anytime, and they can expect the same from me.
