We had the good fortune of connecting with Ligia Pereira and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ligia, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
The more that you can earn with as little of your involvement as possible. Connecting and discovering myself and connecting with the people I love. For me, that’s true success.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from the others is that I genuinely care about my clients and their needs. I pride myself on giving my clients exceptional service and making their listings stand out. I describe my self as a loving, caring and knowledgeable professional.

This business journey it’s being a learning process, like everything in life I had to unlearn lots of things, and limiting beliefs to become a better self. There will always be more to be done, but I celebrate every day the small accomplishments and set reasonable goals for every day.

Some of the lessons I’ve learned on the way are; learning to listen to myself and do what is best for me and not what other’s think is best. Believe more in myself and not be afraid to start small, everyone has to start somewhere.

I’m the creator and photographer of Realtypics Houston, I’ve been a Real Estate Photographer since 2018. I serve Houston, TX and surrounding areas. My expertise in the industry has helped Real Estate agents market and sell thousands of homes and I look forward to serve many more agents and home owners across Houston. Thank you for supporting my small business!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I definitely love visiting Galveston, I would first go on a Walk in the morning to the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, eat lunch in one of the restaurants in looking at the beach and then head to surfside beach were you can drive and park in front of the beach and spend the evening watching the waves and listening to the sound of the waves, and getting some vitamin D!

I also like to explore art, history, and culture at the museum district of Houston.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’m thankful for my husband Oscar, he has been incredibly supportive in this journey. My mom Nancy, she’s a blessing in my life. She is loving, supportive and always encouraged me to follow my dreams. She has been a role model in my life. She was a leader in her industry and also a leader at her home and a loving mother. I’m also thankful for my daughter Sofia, she’s a smart, kind a lovely girl, she’s always looking for ways to make my day better and helping me in any way she can.
